Testimonials

Ashley’s new Antares! Rachel A. Schaeffer & I Sell Tack.com are absolutely incredible! My sister, Jocelyn Martin (JM Show Stables), and I are huge supporters of Rachel and her booming business. Rachel is knowledgeable, professional, and offers unparalleled customer service. Her selection of high-end used French saddles are offered at unbeatable prices and Rachel works with each client in order to ensure that they have the time they need to make an informed decision about the saddle before purchasing. In addition to her saddle collection, she has unbeatable prices on Baker products and Back On Track products, as well as deals on other tack and supplies. I recently started on a hunt for a used French saddle. I told Rachel what I thought I needed and within a week, she not only found me a saddle, but had it mailed to me and let me keep it on trial for as long as I needed to make a decision. In under 3 weeks total (and riding and debating over a handful of saddles), I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous Antares and it is without a doubt the nicest saddle I personally have ever owned. I was an indecisive yet demanding client and Rachel was patient and informative throughout the whole process. I am thrilled with my new saddle! Thank you for everything, Rachel! I recommend your services for anyone looking to buy or sell their saddle and any horse person looking for fabulous products and tack at great prices!

Hey Rachel! Just letting you know the saddle for perfectly! And I rode in it and it felt like riding a cloud haha can’t thank you enough for the quick communication! I’ve been through so many bad saddle sales it was a breath of fresh air to buy from someone reliable!

Thank you Rachel, the Bruno Delgrange was a great fit for pony and child! This is a very happy pair! I appreciate you working with me to find just what we needed at the right price!

I have looked for a saddle for about six months and finally bought what I thought was a beautiful used butet. After purchasing the saddle, I experienced a nightmare when I opened up the box. It was a antique looking busted up saddle that I just spent top dollar for. After that experience my mother and I went to I Sell Tack. There we were immediately helped and found our dream saddle. Still to this day I get asked where I found such a beautiful and well taken care of used antares for that price. Rachel was so nice, helpful, and flexible with the shipping to my school for me to try. Thank you again for all your help and ISellTack.com is the only place where I will purchase tack!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and let you know what a pleasure it has been working with you. I did not have the time or the patience to deal with selling my saddles, and you made the process simple and seamless. Your professionalism (and the prices you obtained) exceeded my expectations.

Just wanted to tell everyone how nice and easy it was dealing with you while purchasing my saddle and what a deal it was! Far easier and more reasonable than even going to my local tack store! Will definitely be recommending you to friends!

I have dealt with several tack sellers in my search for a saddle. Rachel Schaeffer stands out for her commitment in finding the best saddle for the best price. She readily responds to every inquiry and takes time to listen to the needs of the individual rider. I highly recommend Rachel and I Sell Tack for great service and products.

Super news (on my saddle going out on trial)! Thanks Rachel! You did a fantastic job revitalizing both of those saddles! They looked like a million bucks in the photos! You work hard and deserve every cent of your commission! Have a great afternoon!

After searching for almost over a year for an Antares monoflap at a price I could afford I was about to give up but then found Rachel & I Sell Tack.com. Rachel let me take it on trial and within one ride I was in love. It arrived on time and Rachel’s customer service was fabulous. She has amazing saddles for sale and the prices are great. I especially appreciated the extra goodies that came with my new saddle to take care of it (Love Effax!). I will definitely be recommending I Sell Tack.com to anyone looking for quality tack in the future. THANK YOU RACHEL!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for my Back On Track sheet 🙂 Rachel was super responsive to my late night Monday emails and handled my purchase right away! I can’t believe how quickly it came, it was waiting at home for me Wednesday evening. It fits great and Ben loves his new outfit 🙂 I will, without a doubt, come back for more.

I have to admit I was a bit scared ordering a high end saddle from across the country, but Iselltack delivered exactly what they promised. The saddle came in excellent shape and Rachel had emailed tracking information so I could be home to sign for the package. This whole process was so much easier than I could have ever even wished for. First saddle I tried and it fit my horse and me! I could not be more pleased with the saddle and ISellTack!

Big thank you to I Sell Tack.com and Rachel for unbeatable customer service! I manage a H/J stable in the Houston area and I have to say Rachel’s professionalism and quality of product is among the very best! Thank you so much for a super fast shipment and the constant communication from shopping, purchase, delivery, and trial process. From the professional’s standpoint, we’d rather our customers have the very best tack they can afford – why limit quality just to have brand new (especially when her products are carefully inspected, cleaned, and oiled before arriving at your door)? I’ll be sending all our saddle-shopping clients her way!

Thank you Rachel. The gorgeous Childeric M exceeded my expectations and the saddle fits like it was customed for pony and rider.

Thank you Rachel for selling my County saddle! I am so grateful and was not able to do this without your help. Count me as one more very satisfied customer who will be a returning customer!

Can’t say enough great things about Rachel and I selltack.com!! What a wonderful and knowledgeable person she was to work with when I was looking to purchase a saddle! Not only was she great to work with for purchasing a saddle but she was extremely helpful in giving me estimates etc on 2 saddles I was looking to sell!! She was on top of all my messages and emails, had saddles to me in 2days (over xmas and new yrs to boot) for me to try,and what a great thing to be able to try saddles on your own horses and your schedule not someone else’s when your looking to purchase! All the saddles came in excellent condition and were exactly as she described and the pictures she had! Again I can’t say enough wonderful thing about my experience, highly recommend her and I am so looking forward to doing future business with her!! Fabulous experience

Iselltack.com has been a gem of a find for me! Rachel is extremely knowledgable in buying, selling and fitting of saddles! The selection of high end saddles and tack at great prices is second to none! Be cautioned…if you have your eye one something she posts for sale…act quickly! She gets tack SOLD! fast! Definitely my go to place for both buying and selling! Thanks Rachel!

I wanted to thank you for making our latest saddle-buying experience easy and painless! Your friendliness and professionalism (along with your patience for our game of phone-tag), was refreshing when it seems like customer service has gone by the wayside in our society. In spite of letting you know later in the day that we wanted to try our saddle, you still managed to ship the saddle off to us that day and we received it the very next day. It was perfect and we couldn’t be happier.

Thank you so much. I will definitely refer you in the future. I appreciate all your hard work, follow up and your constant reassurance that you would get our saddle sold. It worked out so well that we were able to purchase a western saddle for Lauren. Again, thank you for making our process a breeze.

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I do have to say out of all the tack consignment stores you have been prompt and all of your feedback is amazing!!! I had placed my saddle on Ebay last sunday and if it does not sell by tomorrow I need to ASAP get it to you so I can sell it. So if you dont mind, I’m emailing you the info on the saddle and of course if it does sell by tomorrow I will let you know (: . Attatched to this email will be pics. I’m selling a 2006 Bruno Delgrange PJ saddle, 16.5″ seat, flap 3L, back blocks, grain leather with calf skin seat and knee rolls, the leather if super grippy and the knee blocks are soft and squishy thus why not needing front blocks. It was my “baby” and I took care of it!!! I’ve only had it for 5 months and I need a bigger seat ( stinks getting old -lol) . I paid $2600 but I’ll let you tell me what you think (: . If it does not sell I will fax ( if you have a fax) or fill out the form that you gave me and get it to you by Monday afternoon. The only reason I am trying to get it done is I will not have a saddle to ride in ( unless my barn friends aren’t riding then I can borrow one) . I am very interested in your saddles you have available. I am interested in the 17 antares with size 2 flap and the 17.5 all calf skin antares but not sure if I wont to spend $3000 ( even though it is a great deal) . Thank you again for your courtesy. I live in Florida about 30 mins south of Wellington and I’ve told everyone about your selections and they were very impressed!!!! You have better prices and stuff then anything down here.

Thank you Rachel, the Bruno Delgrange was a great fit for pony and child! This is a very happy pair! I appreciate you working with me to find just what we needed at the right price!

I rode in the saddle today and I absolutely LOVE it, it fits me perfectly I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful saddle at such a great price! Thank You so much for all your help! I will be recommending you to anyone looking for a high quality used saddle at a fantastic price!

Rachel offers the kind of  exceptional customer service that is so rare, it’s practically extinct. She stands by her sales and is unfailingly polite and accommodating. I can¹t think of a single reason why anybody would buy a new saddle when you can purchase one from Rachel. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

“Love my CWD” – Thank you so much Rachel, I have a horse that is a tough fit and you were so accommodating about saddles and the information on all of the different saddles you had available. Definitely telling all of my friends about your easy and friendly service and will be back if I need another saddle!! Thank you!

Thank you Rachel A. Schaeffer and I Sell Tack.com for our beautiful new Devoucoux Biarritz!! Once again, über professional, great quality and a great price!! Very grateful! Fits beautifully and is the perfect saddle. Very comfy w perfect twist. My trainer loves my seat and leg placement. Habeebee moves so well in it too!
Love doing business with you, you make it easy. Looking forward to your Back on Track sale in April! Your changes to your new website www.iselltack.com make it easy to navigate, and are very user friendly. So glad our paths crossed!

Cannot thank you enough for finding me such a great new saddle…and making it all so easy! I cannot believe what a difference it made, Splash was better yesterday than he’s been probably in a decade. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
